The Lohia Foundation is a charitable trust which was founded by Mr. Lohia, a citizen of India, spent most of his professional life outside of India and established textile business in South East Asia under the trademark of Indorama. The Lohia Foundation focuses on education and healthcare related initiatives. Since it was founded by a family of entrepreneurs, the Foundation also supports programs which encourages and supports the entrepreneurial spirit. Lohia, his two sons, Mr. Aloke Lohia, are closely engaged with the Lohia Foundation and continue to build on their father’s legacy.
