Since 2018, clinics like Frontier Medical Associates have been using GPConnect to streamline daily operations — from quicker patient registration and Healthier SG enrolment, to easier infectious disease reporting and seamless claims processing.

Our Synapxians visited Active Global Senior Care Centre at Ghim Moh Edge to spend time with the wonderful residents there!

We had the pleasure of enjoying bingo and karaoke with more than 20 amazing seniors who filled the afternoon with laughter and music. It was heartwarming to watch them light up during the bingo games and singing along to their favourite songs with such enthusiasm. Moments like these remind us of the joy that comes from genuine human connection across generations.

Through our ongoing partnership with Active Global Specialised Caregivers, we're committed to bringing more smiles and creating meaningful experiences for our senior community.

We were delighted to host students from the National University of Singapore Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme at Synapxe, giving them a firsthand look at how AI is transforming healthcare - from predictive models to medical imaging and natural language processing.

During the visit, organised in partnership with the NUS Business Analytics Centre, our Chief Data Officer, Andy Ta, opened the session by sharing about Synapxe’s AI journey— how Synapxe is making an impact through HealthTech solutions for the nation. This was followed up by Senior Principal Specialist Dr Goh Han Leong, who gave an insightful introduction to Health AI. Our Senior Lead Specialist, Koh Juan Zhen an NUS MSBA alumnus, then shared how AI drives innovation in healthcare, while recent graduate Benjamin Zhou showcased his capstone project on agentic AI to automate the extraction of actionable insights from data, which was guided by Dr Goh. Lastly, we also gave students a glimpse into life at Synapxe.

Through the various sharings, live demos, and conversations with our Data Science and AI ambassadors, the session brought to life how analytics and innovation come together to improve the quality of patient care.
