One whole year has come to pass… so glad that I’ve achieved some of my goals 💯.

One of them was to get my kids more involved in my dōTERRA business. I spend a lot of time explaining to them the generous comm plans each time we travel. They see the hard work I put in and also enjoy the fruits of our labour. This year, I had quite a number of workshops and events to conduct. They were roped in to help with prep work. I’m grateful to God for their understanding and willingness to invest their time ❤️.

This fresh, minty and herbaceous aroma will bring all the tension down pretty quickly! I will usually roll it on the forehead, around my ears, down my neck and on my shoulders before going for an afternoon nap if I experience head tensions. I will fall asleep quite quickly and then wake up feeling very good.

If I’m out and about, I will close my eyes for a bit. Say 5 mins after rolling Past Tense and let the essential oils do its work.

My dear cousin has been using the dōTERRA wombat diffuser (got it for her last year) in the living room since she’s moved into her new home. However, her kids’ bedroom on level two doesn’t have a diffuser. So….. this is another thoughtful dōTERRA gift from me this Christmas 🎄.

Popped 2 MetaPWR Assist before the buffet spread. Forgot to bring my Digestzen Softgels, so took a few drops of the oil directly. The bloatedness went off in ten mins. Returned home past midnight, popped 2 MetaPWR Softgels to burn everything while I sleep, 2 PB Restore for gut and overall microbiome and 2 Digestzen Softgels for the few slices of cake I took after our games night. 🤪🤪🤪🤪

I ate so much 🤦🏻‍♀️

Will be packing all the stuff in a pill box for another round of dinner tonight 🎉🎉🎉

If you are at crowded or confined places (think car 🚗 pooling, trains 🚂 , ✈️, packed human to human queues), wearing a mask 😷 will be one of the safest ways to prevent any year end holiday season illnesses. I mean, it’s not 💯 percent protection, but at least 80%? Many common illnesses are transferred through air. Just one sneeze or a sick person’s cough can cause you or your family to be susceptible to catching whatever came out of that sick person’s mouth. Ok, the thought of it is just gross 🤢.

Anyways, add a drop of Peppermint or Breathe on your mask to open up your airways while enjoying your trip guys.

I’ve been using the Ikise

1) make up remover oil which smells amazing! Thoroughly removes my brow mascara (yes I dunno how to use eye brow pencil till this age) and eye liner, without removing my eye lash 🥳🥳 there are certain make up remover that are too strong and when I wipe off with cotton pads, I can see my lash on it 😩😩😩.

2) facial cleanser. OMG, this is the perfect one that I love as a tiny bit can make my face feel so super clean. Doesn’t leave that oily feeling. I think my husband will like this. He doesn’t like my other dōTERRA facial washes - Verage and Essential range.

3) toner. A few drops on the face and I can feel the soothing sensation. I think I’m imagining it. But I noticed my pores are not as obvious.

4) serum. It gets absorbed really quickly and when I touch my skin, I can feel It’s so smooth. Like after I’ve completed a facial session.

I regret not purchasing the moisturiser!!! As I still have plenty of open Verage and the Essential range at home, I thought I will just use that. Gah 😫

I’m glad I’ve been invited to the exclusive event in October to try the Ikise range. Woohoo 🥳
