I love how easily I can make my own anti histamines at home that works. It’s so effective in stopping that crazy runny nose due to the haze. It works also for my family members who break out in hives when they consume stuff they may be allergic to. Yes, often without them knowing what it is… the skin will tell them though!! Red, itchy inflammation will form on their bodies within a few hours.

All I need to do is make these natural solutions for them. The essential oils are steam distilled from sourced farmers who made sure no produces have pesticides on them. Multiple levels of testing are conducted at source and then another round of multiple in depth tests before bottling to ensure we are using the purest, potent oils that are safe for internal use. Just this week alone, I received 4 DMs from mummies who saw my IGS post on my son’s skin. 2 of them have already started with my essential oil protocol and the affected children love the aromatherapy. 1 of them have reported that the tiny inflamed patch on the foot has reduced in size just after 2 days. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

And the best part for me: all of these mummies were using topical steroids for the past 2 years on their 4-5yo children. Why do I say it’s the best part? My desire is to support mummies with natural solutions and when they come to me to seek it, they will find it!!! Yeah!

I’ve seen how adult sufferers go through side effects that are evident on their skin and health from long term dependency on steroids. I agree that applying steroids means it’s a “fast” recovery. I used that on my own son for 5 years when he was very young. I’m just glad he’s been steroids free for 8.5 years now. Praise God!

2 drops of Lemon
2 drops of Lavender
2 drops of Peppermint in a veggie capsule.

Take it with water, twice a day. For skin rash, dilute the above oils with fractionated coconut oil, apply on areas of concern. If hives break up on face, use this formula highly diluted only at night.

What a great turnout for Metabolic Health Reboot last Saturday! I’m so glad many women are looking at investing in their health.

Good metabolic health means our body can digest AND absorb nutrients from food with healthy, stable levels of blood sugar, blood fat and insulin. If you’ve seen my igs on the continuous glucose monitor I was wearing for 2 weeks, and the graphs 📈 of big spike I had when I didn’t take my MetaPWR Assist before lunch, you will understand why I love this system.

6 months ago, I told .dc that I will be going to KL and I would like her to join me in the SEA Leaders Day so we can go to her hometown to do workshops. She was excited and said yes! She immediately got down to work, sowing seeds and over a few one to one mentoring sessions, we planned the topics, decided on what to purchase, the various activities we could do together and the key to getting enrolments.

I’m so glad we made it! Loads of fun for parents and children. One of the kids said she wants this activity for her birthday party! 🥳

Some highlights of our SEA Leaders Day 2026.

I’m glad that a new builder joined us this year. After she listened to all the amazing sharing, she was inspired and took action to get her friends and family to experience dōTERRA. Managed to close a few Home Essential Oil Kits and has a few more to follow up. Building a pipeline is important for every business.
