Fahrenheit Performance is a sole source provider of Cycling Specific Physiotherapy / Bike Fitting / Performance Insoles to provide a complete solution for athletes reach their optimum potential. Our goal is simple:
We aim to make our clients better cyclists
We specialise in bike fitting and cycling specific physiotherapy services. Dynamic bike fitting:
using the latest tools and technology in our studio we provide full bike fitting services as well as any tweaks that the cyclist may require as the season progresses;

2. Clinical bike fitting:
by teaming up the bike fitter and a physiotherapist to determine the best fit so the body and bike can work as efficiently as possible; this doubles as a biomechanical screening for the cyclist;

3. Physiotherapy:
on the bike analysis of cyclists existing conditions be it through injury, injury prevention or performance enhancement;
once the performance milestone is reached it then becomes the baseline for the athlete to maintain;

4. Cycling Specific Pilates:
cycling specific Pilates to strengthen what is lacking most in cyclists - core strength;

5. Performance Insoles:
we can provide semi-custom and fully custom insoles;

6. Education:
we provide education about riding techniques and correcting bad habits;
talks and forums about cycling, bike fit and cycling specific physiotherapy and rehabilitation

The WOVE saddles have landed in Singapore 🇸🇬

The V8 is the time trial +triathlon saddle that will change how you feel about being in the aerobars.

The Wove V8 is well cushioned & provides ample soft tissue relief, has a nose that stays narrower longer to reduce thigh rub, holds the rider in place with a grippy cover, has a squared off nose that prevents rolling off the front, feels good to sit up on for long periods of time, includes an integrated water bottle mount, and is low weight.

Rails: Carbon fibre 7mm x 9mm oval rails made longer to achieve better fore/aft adjustment

Foam Padding: Provides comfort for long days in the saddle by drastically reducing road vibrations

Grippy Nose: Extra grip on the nose helps riders stay in place when riding in the aerobars

Width: 146mm at the widest point - wide enough to be comfortable during longer periods in an upright position

Nose Width: Approximately 53.8mm, designed to be longer and narrower than most other TT saddles

Less Thigh Rubbing: Designed to reduce thigh rubbing and soft tissue pressure when in the aerobars.

Strong and Light: Carbon fibre shell and rail construction keeps weight under 140g and greatly surpasses ISO standards

Integrated Hydration Mounting: Bottle cages mount easily to the saddle with the custom hardware included

Regulation Length: At 295mm long, it meets UCI rules and regulations while helping with aerodynamics

obviously, this is not a permanent fix, nor should it be ridden on... but a bike fit shouldn't stop when you encounter a problem.

Tag a friend who needs a bike fit.

Since it's Black Friday and Christmas is my favourite time of the year..

I'm just gonna put this out there.

Off-season is the best time to get a bike fit as you have time to adjust and train in the new position before any races in 2025.

So to all that like / follow / tag / share etc.. we will knock $100 off the cost of a Dynamic Bike Fit for you or the one you tag.

I'm normally not so generous...
but hey... its Christmas 🎄

Clinical Bike Fit = Dynamic Bike Fit + Physiotherapy

Clinical Bike Fit is fitting the body to the bike .

If a traditional bike fit is fitting the bike to the body, a clinical bike fit also fits the body to the bike.

During the functional assessment if there are any pathologies that can be facilitated through physiotherapy then it will be done prior to the start of the on-bike analysis.
At times the bike needs adjustments and other times it is the body that needs adjusting.

We team up a bike fitter and a physiotherapist to determine the best fit so the body and bike can work as efficiently as possible.

I've heard some people call me old school in the way I do things.

maybe it's cos I'm older than them
maybe it's cos I don't rely on tech all that much
maybe it's cos I don't really advertise nor promote myself
maybe it's all of these things
maybe it's none

but there is nothing more old school than using a plumb bob

I do what works and discard what doesn't
