It’s the weekend, and for many of us, that means catching up on some much-needed rest. But did you know your pillow could be the reason you wake up with a stiff neck?

Today’s Wellness Tip:

"Use a pillow that supports your neck and spine at the right height."

A pillow that is too high or too flat can pull your cervical spine out of alignment. Whether you are a side or back sleeper, your goal is to keep your head in a "neutral" position—not tilted up or down.
