Calm isn't loud. But it's one of the loudest signs that healing is working.
A client recently shared this after her first inner child session:
"I noticed I'm calmer now. I'm usually very jumpy, agitated, and anxious, but these days I haven't been feeling that way as much. I also sleep much better."
This is exactly how deep healing shows up. Not always in fireworks. Sometimes in the quiet places: a settled nervous system, a good night's sleep, a moment where you would have spiralled, but didn't.
She came in working on one core wound:
"I'm not good enough."
