Dr. med. Dr. (PhD-UCN) Johann Lechner is the chairman of ICOSIM e.V. and has led his own dental practice in Munich since 1980, specializing in holistic dentistry. As the first certified and approved expert in this field, he has shaped its development for over four decades.

He has written more than ten books and numerous scientific articles, and his work has been published in leading medical journals. Dr. Lechner lectures internationally, exploring the biological links between oral health and systemic disease.

Dr. rer. nat. Heiko Hofmann holds a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Giessen and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Münster. After a research stay at Harvard Medical School in Boston, he has dedicated his career to advancing laboratory diagnostics and translating complex biological mechanisms into clinical practice.
