Danes bi rada izpostavila nekoga, ki je z nami prepogosto, pa mu vseeno redko pogledamo v oči in se vprašamo o njegovi kredibilnosti.

Notranji kritik. Ta stari kolega, ki je vedno z nami.

Veš tisti glas...:
👉 “Nisi dovolj dober/a.”
👉 “Kaj si bodo mislili?”
👉 “Spet boš zaj*****.”
👉 “Daj ne pretiravaj.”
In ta naš stari kolega je tako prepričljiv, da ga jemljemo kot 1000 % resnico. Dogmo.
Zaradi tega glasu ne sežemo po tem, kar bi si želeli.
Zaradi tega glasu ne naredimo tistega, kar bi si želeli.
Zaradi tega glasu ne izrazimo svojega mnenja.
Zaradi tega glasu zamudimo 1000 in eno priložnost.

Ampak povej mi…
A bi se tako pogovarjala s prijateljem ali prijateljico?
A bi ji rekel/a: “Ne, ti tega ne zmoreš.”
A bi mu/ji očitala vsako napako, ki jo je kadarkoli v življenju naredil/a in ga/jo spomnila na vse, kar ji še manjka?
A bi mu/ji rekla, da ni dovolj dober? Da si ne zasluži?
Ne bi!

Do drugih smo nežni. Razumevajoči. Človeški. Znamo potolažit. Znamo dat nov val energije. Vzpodbujamo. Stojimo ob strani.

Do sebe pa… enostavno ne.

Ali sploh opaziš, da tvoj notranji kritik vodi tvoje življenje?
Da se ne izpostaviš.
Da ne rečeš “ne”, ko bi si to želel/a.
Da si predolgo ostal/a v situaciji, ki ti jemlje energijo in voljo.
Da si odlašal/a z nečim, kar si v resnici želiš.

Tale glas se ne kaže sovražnik. Sploh pa ne kot nekaj kar nas omejuje. Kaže se kot naš prijatelj. Kot nekaj, kar nas varuje pred neuspehom, pred mislimi drugih, pred tem "kako bomo izpadli"... V resnici pa je nekaj, kar na OROPA novih priložnosti in življenja, kakršnega bi si želeli imet.

December je prazničen čas in čas obdarovanja.
Zato sem se odločila, da podarim 2× 30 minut coaching pogovora VSEM, ki mi v komentar ali inbox napišete "ŽELIM".

Časa za zagotovitev svojega mesta imate do četrtka, 11. 12. 2025, do 23:59.

Brez žrebanja. Brez pogojev. Brezplačno.
Preprosto zato, ker verjamem, da sta pogovor in čas najlepše darilo, ki ga lahko podarimo.

❤️ Za vprašanja, ki jih odlagate.
❤️ Za občutke, ki jih potiskate na stran.
❤️ Za trenutek umiritve in poslušanja sebe.

This morning, I witnessed the most breathtaking sunrise. 🌄

Its vibrant colors painted the sky with promise, yet my view was framed by houses, and my time to soak it in was fleeting.
A part of me regretted not standing still, allowing myself a few more precious moments to fully embrace its beauty.

🥰 But then, I realized: I did see it. I did admire it. 🥰

And in those brief seconds, it gifted me a profound truth.

Mornings are nature’s reminder that clarity emerges with light, that each day is a rebirth. Every sunrise offers us an invitation to reset, to grow, and to consciously shape who we want to be. It's a chance to outshine our yesterdays, to step into courage, and perhaps even try something entirely new. 🌻

In coaching, we often speak of growth as incremental, like the sun rising inch by inch, illuminating what was hidden in the dark.

🗨️ What if we treated ourselves with the same awe we reserve for nature?

🗨️ What if, like the sunrise, we gave ourselves permission to shine brightly, to pause and admire who we are becoming?

Today, I challenge you to take those extra moments.
