It is not as it looks…
In today’s world—full of chaos, fake stories, manipulated photos, and misleading information—it’s easy to feel lost, cheated, and misinformed. Even as adults, we struggle to distinguish right from wrong. But what about children, who are still shaping their identity based on what surrounds them—what they see on TV, on the internet, and from their peers? No matter how much we try to protect them, they will still be exposed.
So how do we protect ourselves and our children from this insanity? How do we know what is true and what is not? How do we decide what deserves our attention and what we should distance ourselves from?
If you do not consciously take care of the hygiene of what you allow into your personal space every day, it will overwhelm you—one way or another. Make space for awareness and intention. Turn it into a habit before unconscious habits take over your inner space.
The only answer I can offer is this: start searching for the answers within yourself—in silence, in the present moment, and in nature. Start as soon as possible. Make the effort to give yourself the luxury of returning to your core. Reconnect with something bigger than your mind. Discover what is true not through noise, but through stillness—through your heart, through being, rather than constantly reacting, judging, and spending energy on the outside mess
