WHEN WILL THIS LEG WALK AGAIN

The age of play hailed with heeee and hey
Like the fall of a great king in a single day
Quivering, whirling, trembling and sweating
As my body boils in a lake of fire (dungeon)
I fall on my leg as the leg could not stand
The cries for the fall with whirling everywhere
I swam in ocean of tears from the eyes of mama
For the woes I endure amidst the winter cold
Day and night here and there I fondly dine
In strewn and grains dropping from winnowers
I stand to walk I fall
If l turn to run I roll
Slowly like a baby I hold my crutches to walk
Now I fondly ask, when will this leg walk again?

Betterlife For The Disabled Sierra Leone is a charitable organization which was established by five Sierra Leonean disabled people who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in January 2020. The purpose is to reduce the high number of dependency rate of persons with disabilities on their parent, relatives, friends street begging, church organizations, and individuals to wholly or to a very large extent deviate from depending on and requesting for fast offerings, aides/alms from churches and to also minimize street begging by the disabled.
Betterlife gives life time skills training opportunity, encourages the disable people to be fully involved in these trainings, provides them with basic tools and machines after completion of training, gives out loans schemes to those with business skills, thereby making them to be self-reliance by 2025 and or any other issue(s) that may be deem necessary by the heads of the organization and it donor partners.
The mission of Betterlife creates and promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities into the Sustainable Development Goals, promotes educational and social changes through dialogues and advocacy for funds; and provides skills training and making the disabledpersons become self- reliant by 2025.

Better life for the Disabled is a charitable organization which was established by three Sierra Leonean disabled people in January 2020.
