I was privileged to serve as a speaker on the webinar series of the International Institute of Primary Health Care-Ethiopia (IPHCE) in collaboration with the hashtag hashtag on the topic: Quality of Services in PHC: Lessons from Ethiopia, India, Kenya, and Sierra Leone.
I shared Sierra Leone's journey on PHC and quality improvement innovations and initiatives. In addition, I articulated the supply-side (health systems) challenges that undermine the quality of PHC services in the hashtag and what is required by governments to improve primary health care services. PHC is considered an important foundation for the achievement of equitable improvement in health outcomes globally and at country level.

hashtag - Areas of focus for a resilient and responsive PHC-oriented health system in hashtag should consider the following:
hashtag health funding
hashtag in health workers, including CHWs
hashtag health supplies’ constraints for responsive service delivery
hashtag community engagement and build public trust
hashtag multisectoral approaches and partnerships
