ORMS-SL will be having it first Anniversary on the 14th February 2022.
It will be arrange as a fund raising for Sierra Leoneans in need of urgent medical attention. It will entails so many activities performed by disables to keep you relax.
Anyway, this is just the first bell. We will keep you posted.

After years of unabating work, we are able to rehabilitate the minds of thirty-six Sierra Leoneans that are mostly women and disables through our skills training program (Tom Owl Refine Institute).

Adama Tarawallie visited our center on the 5th July 2020.

She is a 40 years old mother from D.S. Bangura Junction, Panlap, Nothern Region of Sierra Leone. Due to her illness, her people considered her to be a witch and some even speculate that nothing can be done to cure her. with a large tumour on her entire lower jaw for five years makes her suffer a lot of pain, discrimination and even having difficulty to eat. Adama always hides or goes away from people when she wants to eat.

After a couple of days, she was referred to Dr. Davis the only Sierra Leonean Oral Surgeon to sort for medical help, but Dr. Davis could do nothing because Adamas's tumour is a complex one that needs foreign expertise.

Tarawallie was sent to Ghana on the 28th April 2022, where she had her surgery successfully done and returned to Sierra Leone on the 20th July 2022. She is one among many Sierra Leoneans suffering from such illness.

ORMS-SL do not only caters for the sick but also empowers disables and nondisables through it skills training program.
Tom Owl Refine Institute supported by ORMS-SL/ASI has started another venture of training over 40 Sierra Leoneans in Tailoring and Dress Making. This is to ensure that disables and nondisables be independent and contribute towards society's development.
ORMS-SL cares for all, special care is reserved for disables.

ORMS-SL team in Makeni with a spine surgeon from FOCOS hospital in Ghana to do check up on some patients that had their surgery at FOCOS hospital in Ghana through the help of Africa Surgery,s Tom and Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Medical Service S/L - ORMSedic Rehabilitation and Medical Service S/L - ORMS as a facilitation team.
Together we can make possible what seems impossible.
