Why is chelsea and man city playing their FA cup match today when they don't even have any midweek match to play?
Arsenal played today. And we play again midweek. And again on Sunday.
Three games in 7 days. Against opponents who haven't played a midweek match in weeks and whose next game is also on Sunday.
Someone explain to me how this is a fair fixture list. I'll wait.
😂 But let me not even go there now.
Chelsea scored 7 against Port Vale. The same Chelsea that couldn't string two passes together against PSG in the Champions League. Seven goals from 7 different scorers. Against their mate at the bottom of League One. Congratulations to them sha.
The energy. The confidence. The clinical finishing.
Some of those goals would have been useful against PSG.
But honestly? Good. Get the goals in. Build the confidence. Get the legs moving. Because next Sunday, you're facing the same Man City that just dismantled Liverpool 4-0 at the Etihad. City who are now hitting form at exactly the wrong time.
I'm seing Chelsea 7-4 Man City next week 😂 I'm just saying. Both teams looked absolutely unhinged today. Nothing is off the table.
Now let me be honest with you about why I'm watching Chelsea next Sunday.
If Chelsea win and we beat Bournemouth — 12 points clear. Meaning we would need only 3 wins from our last 6 games to become Premier League champions. Three wins. That's it.
If Chelsea draw — still good. Still fine. 4 wins from 6 seals it.
Either way, Arsenal finish the job. But Chelsea winning makes the math even more beautiful.
So yes. For 90 minutes next Sunday, I'm a Chelsea supporter.
..kind of.
If you people like, go there and open legs and lie down for Man City, that's your business o. You won't smell top 4. You won't even smell the Thursday night confrence League anthem against part time carpenters and harmburger sellers
Don't think you are doing me a favour. You are not o. You need that favour more.
COYG. Always. 🔴⚪
