๏ Postgraduate specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD, MSc, FCPS, MRCOG, or equivalent)
๏ Valid medical license/registration (Somali Medical Council or recognized authority)
๏ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ (๐๐๐จ๐๐ง๐๐๐ก๐):
โข Emergency Obstetric Care (EmOC)
โข Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO)
โข Ultrasound certification
2. ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐
๏ Minimum 7โ10 years of clinical experience
๏ Proven experience in:
โข Managing normal and high-risk pregnancies
โข Performing Cesarean sections and major gynecological surgeries
โข Working in hospital settings (referral/tertiary preferred)
๏ Previous leadership/department head role (advantage)

โข Cesarean sections
โข Assisted vaginal delivery
โข Neonatal resuscitation
๐๐ฒ๐ง๐๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ
๏ Diagnosis and management of:
โข Reproductive health conditions
โข Menstrual disorders
โข Infertility
๏ Surgical skills:
โข Cesarean sections
โข Hysterectomy
โข Myomectomy
โข Laparotomy procedures
