60 yrsold female pts present with severe abdominal pain and distension , Abdominal CT was performed showed Extenssive gass in the necrotic pancreas with large collection containing fluid and gass indicating "NECROTIZING EMPHYSEMATOUS PANCREATITIS" Image guided Percutaneus drainage was done drained up to 3 litre prulent collection.
