Waa casharkii taxanihii baraarujinta caafimaad ee bisha ramadaan.
Waxaan qoraalkaan kaga hadlayaa talooyin guud oo ku socota bukaannada damacsan inay soomaan bisha barakaysan ee Ramadaan.

Waxaan qoraalkaan ugu talagalay talane ku siinayaa dadka dhiig-karka qabo iyo dadka wadna xanuunka qabo oo rabo inay soomaan ama hadaba sooman.

Dadka dhiig-karkoodu xakamaysan yahay, way soomi karaan laakiin waa in dhakhtarka kala tashadaan sida ay daawo qaadashada isu badalayso xilliga soonka.
Ogow isbadalka xilliga hurdada bisha ramadaan waxay khalkhal galin kartaa xakamaynta dhiig-karka, maadaama ay dhici karto in habeenkii aad soo jeedid, maalintiina aad seexatid.
Ogow waa muhiim in aad daawada dhiig-karka waqtigeeda ku qaadatid oo aysan isbadalin, haddii aad daawada hal mar ka badan qaadatid, fadlan la tasho dhakhtarka si hal waqti oo xilliga afurka ah kaaga dhigo.
