Mogadishu Ambulance (as it was originally known) was founded in late 2008 by Dr. Abdulkadir Abdirahman, Eng. The group would try respond from local needs because they have seen people dying in the streets with out proper transportation or using donkey carts, so that providing medical transportation to the community in a single hearse-style ambulance would became their vision.
