Water is life. Our bodies are made of 70% water!

Our entire water system is unfortunately, so unhealthy in these times.

The bottled water sits for minimum of 6 months up to 3 years before we ever buy it at the store. It travels in a trailer and sits in the sun where microplastics and other toxins are released from the heat. Then it is consumed which causes a whole slew of health concerns.

I, recently purchased a Kangen water machine which is the best water there is. It has different ph settings allowing you to select the purpose of the water.

Be it: skincare
cleaning pesticidas from produce
watering the plants
and drinking water

just to name a few.

I'm just beginning my Kangen water journey and would like to share it with the world and my p*eps.

I've been drinking it for a month now and the 1st thing I have noticed is less frequent urination. Anyone who knows me well knows that I always have to p*e!

After analyzing it further the last few years I've felt that my body is not absorbing the water that I drink the way that it should. When I mentioned this to Drs they just shrug it off like whatever. but I'm listening to my body. I drink minimum 3-4 liters of water a day for years now. Anyways, 1st change is hydration. I am feeling the difference in the hydration and distribution of the water in my body.
