الأرحاء الثالثة او ما يعرف بـأضراس العقل Wisdom teeth:
آخر مايبزغ من الأسنان، ولأغلب الناس أربعة ضروس عقل ،يبدأ بالظهور في فترة العمر بين ١٨ إلى ٢٥ سنة لكن مع تغير نظام الإنسان الغذائي تطور فك الإنسان تدريجياً ليصبح أصغر في بعض الحالات، مما جعل نموها يؤثر سلباً على تموضع الأسنان الأخرى مما يسبب تزاحماً في الأسنان وارتصافها، وغالباً في مثل تلك الحالات يتم خلعها. لكن في المقابل وإلى الآن يوجد حالات تبزغ فيها أضراس العقل في فك بحجم طبيعي وبشكل سليم دون أي تأثير على بقية الأسنان
