Hello !!!
So today i'll show u one of my healthy sweets that I make reguraly and I eat on breakfast sometimes, it really gives me energy and cheer me up ! Which is MAMONIAH
●its ingredients are ( this amount is for 4 small bowls) :
One cup of semolina, and one tablespoon of Arabic butter, roasted together
Then add one cup of water, wait for it to boil and then dry.
Then add honey or grape molasses on the top with cinnamon and some nuts if u want..
●Now let's will see the benifits of these ingredients:
-Semolina ( Strengthening immunity, prevent anemia, Promote heart health, and it is beneficial for diabetics )
☆Some people are allergic to wheat or gluten, so some may also be allergic to semolina. It is advised to consult a doctor to avoid disorders.
-Honey ( In addition to its use as a natural sweetener, honey is used as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial agent. People commonly use honey to treat coughs .)
-Grape molasses ( Useful for the health of the pregnant woman, fetus, stomach and liver,
It helps to open the appetite, so it is suitable for children)
So the price of every bowl is 4000 S.P.
