DANGERS OF UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP IN PREGNANT

When the environment or the mind is exposed to stress due to challenges that may arise as a result of unhealthy relationship in pregnancy there is a higher risk of developing complications.

Unhealthy relationships can be from husband,family,friends or neighbors..when communication that arise from these people have a negative response..it exposes one to an unhealthy relationship.

When the body is exposed to stress it lowers the activities of the immune system thereby increasing ones chance of contacting disease.

Stress can be physical or emotional stress...when a pregnant woman live in a home that lack peace,love and happiness it can expose her to both emotional and physical stress causing her to contact sickness easily or even develop complications during pregnancy because the immune system that fight against diseases are lowered.

Women especially pregnant women suppose to avoid any unhealthy relationship that will expose you to sadness or unhappiness to protect themselves and their unborn babies.

Unhealthy relationship can also lead to death of either the mother or the baby or even both...other life threatening complications may arise as a result of both emotional and physical trauma or pains caused by an unhealthy relationships. e.g wife battering,use of abusive words or domestic violence.

Pregnant women should avoid such environment where unhealthy relationships are suspected.

Safe and healthy pregnancy increase the chances of survival in both the mother and the baby...stay safe in pregnancy and achieve a positive result.
