Nature teaches us the natural cycle of giving and receiving 💚

Like in the simple flow of the breath, Nature gives us and we give to her. One can’t exist without the other. That’s the natural rhythm of life and that’s what Ta**ra is about too.

When we live only by one side, we will probably experience some kind of unbalance. When we think we are not worthy of receiving, we are denying our nature. When we only want to receive, we also block the purpose of being here - to share who we are.

So take a deep breath. Let Nature teach you. Let Ta**ra train you. Allow yourself to experience the inner balance of giving and receiving. ✨

It’s just so beautiful to come together and celebrate. And sometimes a birthday is simply the perfect excuse to do exactly that ❤️

Thank you all so much for celebrating with me!!! There’s something really special about gathering like this — that easy tribe feeling, just being ourselves, sharing music, cuddles, food, laughter, and good conversations.

I also feel deeply grateful for all the connections that have come into my life through Ta**ra from the Heart.

Happiest Birthday to the Queen of Ta**ra from the Heart, Leonie Lioness 🦁✨🤎

Today is Leonie’s Birthday, so we went for a nature adventure to the magical waterfall of than sadet to celebrate in nature, go into ritual and start this new year with magic, connection and joy 💕 and of course in everything we do “ta**ra from the heart” is always with us, it’s a way of living, it’s a way of expressing ourselves and it’s our mission to share this magic with the whole world. So in the manifestation ritual of today something became very clear, we want to share even more with all of you how we are living ta**ra from the heart in everything moment of our lives 💕

As I’m writing this text I’m thinking of all the hearts that Leonie has touched along her path and I invite all of you, if you want to leave some love in the comments for this amazing women.

May the next year be a new cycle of even deeper love, relaxation, creation and magic 💕

I just came back from India before the high season started - from Tiruvannamalai, such a deeply sacred place.

It’s a strong Shiva land. Meditation energy everywhere. Ashrams, gurus, temples, silence. Arunachala watching over everything. Life there feels stripped back, essential, devotional.

I love that India is so close to Thailand. It feels like I can travel between two different worlds within just a few hours.

👉🏼 From the stillness and intensity of Tiruvannamalai… back to Koh Phangan, our Shakti island, the crystal island. Flow, softness, sensuality, ocean air.

Flying back for the Immersion, I could feel how I was carrying the teachings and the depth with me. Something had expanded. Something had settled deeper. And bringing that into the space here felt really special.

Very grateful to move between Shiva and Shakti like this - and to let both nourish Ta**ra From the Heart 💛
