New Pilates group class open:

Wednesdays 6pm at The Studio in Mae Rim, starting this week.

This is your perfect mid-week after work "pick me up" and a great workout prior to dinner.

Come, lengthen your spine, work your core and exhale the day's workload.

We work on the mat, with small/big balls, foam rollers, sliding disks, weights and more.

Most of all, we move smarter - not harder. And we have fun!
