"ดูลิ้น เช็กสุขภาพ" (舌诊 - Shézhěn) 👅
การดูลิ้น (Tongue Diagnosis) คือหนึ่งในวิธีการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคที่สำคัญในศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน (TCM) โดยการสังเกตลักษณะต่างๆ ของลิ้นเพื่อประเมินสภาวะสุขภาพภายในร่างกาย

การดูลิ้นคือการอ่าน "สัญญาณเตือน" จากอวัยวะภายใน แบ่งจุดสังเกตเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก:

1. ดูสีและรูปทรง (บอกพลังชีวิต)
• สีชมพู: สุขภาพดี
• สีซีด: เลือ.ดน้อย พลังพร่อง ร่างกายเย็น
• สีแดง: ร่างกายร้อน มีการอักเสบ
• สีม่วง/คล้ำ: เลือ.ดไหลเวียนไม่ดี มีเลือ.ดคั่ง
• ทรงบวม/มีรอยฟัน: ม้ามอ่อนแอ มีความชื้นสะสม

2. ดูฝ้าบนลิ้น (บอกระบบย่อยและความรุนแร.ง)
• ฝ้าขาว: ร่างกายมีความเย็น
• ฝ้าเหลือง: ร่างกายมีความร้อน
• ฝ้าหนา/เหนียว: อาหารไม่ย่อย มีเสมหะหรือความชื้นสูง

3. ดูตำแหน่ง (บอกอวัยวะที่ป่วย)
• ปลายลิ้น: หัวใจ / ปอด
• กลางลิ้น: ม้าม / กระเพาะ (ระบบย่อย)
• ข้างลิ้น: ตับ / ถุงน้ำดี
• โคนลิ้น: ไต / ลำไส้

💡 เคล็ดลับ: ตรวจลิ้นตอนเช้าหลังตื่นนอน "ก่อนแปรงลิ้น" และ "ก่อนกินข้าว/กาแฟ" จะได้ผลแม่นยำที่สุด
