Prior to co-founding Miracles Asia, Tim was an investment analyst with Navis Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm in the Asia-Pacific region. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University in Southern California.

Tim's own journey has instilled in him a deep understanding and unwavering commitment to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of addiction.

Meet Joe Costello, Clinical Director at Miracles Asia 🧡

A U.S. Army veteran and seasoned clinical leader, Joe brings more than twenty years of service at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to everything he does.

During his time at the VA, he led counseling teams across multiple states and developed trauma-informed programs that supported veterans and their families through some of their hardest chapters. He holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.

That depth of experience military, clinical, and deeply human, is what he brings to Miracles Asia every single day.
