Hello everyone, we hope you are all staying positive and keeping that body and mind healthy!

The last few weeks have been difficult for each and every one of us in different ways, however it's also enabled us to sit back and really think about what is the best decision for us moving forward.

We have decided that closing Metamorph is the best decision for us, and this factors in with personal reasons.

This is not goodbye forever, but a temporary see you later!

We would like to take this time to sincerely thank each and every person who supported us along the way, from drop in visitors, to PT & Yoga clients. Your support for us will leave us with a lifetime full of memories and happiness, and I hope that we were able to have a positive impact on your life in some sort of way 🙏

We have met so many great people along this journey and we appreciate you coming into our lives.

I would like to mention that we will be shifting business to more of an online format, meaning that group classes, personal training, nutrition planning & yoga will all be available from the convenience at your own house 💪.

Yesterday decided to do a random 250m Sprint swim in the pool. Haven't done it for years, quite impressed with the timing 😂😂

How does it work? Our trainers will video call you at your convenience, and provide a functional yet challenging workout to help keep your health and fitness up to check!
All you need is yourself and some space around you. Equipment is not necessary!

We can do one on one, or group class calls.

Starting at 500 Baht per hour for one on one and 1000 baht for group class.

Quick Stress Free Yoga - Flow with O

We would like to offer this for people who are at home and self-quarantine. Just a quick yoga practice that you can do in the morning after waking up or anytime you feel that you need time for yourself. Grab your yoga mat, at your home or any space that you have. Home workout part 2

Equipment required:
1. You
2. 2 x large water bottles if you guys don’t have dumbbells at home.

(4 exercise full body circuit)
(10 reps each exercise)
(5 x sets)
(60 second rest between sets)

Muscles worked:
Legs - glutes - chest- shoulders - triceps - shoulders.

A1. Squat to press - 10
A2. Walking Lunges - 10
A3. Push-up - 10
A4. Lateral Raise - 10

A fun, energy taxing circuit that can literally be done anywhere inside your house.

Can do with your partner or family member. At your own pace and in your own comfort.

5 sets should take you no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Take this opportunity to give your mind and body strong, and build a healthier connection with those close to you.

🚨🚨WEIGHT LOSS🚨🚨 LOSING weight for most is a challenging and scary process.

There can be a confidence issue and stepping foot into a gym for the first time can feel daunting and uncomfortable for most new commers.

So what is the easiest way to get started with your weight loss journey?
I like to follow a few key simple steps with clients when it comes to helping them achieve their goals:

1. Understanding what it exactly it is you need help with.
2. Identifying the issues or habits you have which have caused your body to be this way.
3. Looking into social life (yes you're social interactions can have a huge affect on your health, learning how to socialize whilst staying on track with your nutrition and training can be done, it's just understanding the simple solutions and changes that you'll need to make).
4. STRESS - This is one of the most important aspects to learn how to manage before you can even get started on loosing weight.
5. SLEEP - If you don't recover properly, how can you expect to perform properly. Quality and duration of sleep is a MUST.

These are a few simple steps I will go through with a client before we even get into training of any kind.
