Reset with Sri Nandha Kumar 🧘♂️✨
I recently had the privilege of attending a session with Sri Nandha Kumar, a Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and it was exactly the "mental reset" I needed.
In the fast-paced world, it’s easy to let the noise cloud your focus. This workshop, themed "Asana to Prana to Dhyana," was a masterclass in alignment—not just of the body, but of the mind.
My three key takeaways for professional growth:
• Precision Matters: Just as a slight adjustment in a pose changes your entire perspective, small pivots in our daily habits can lead to massive shifts in results.
• The Power of Breath (Prana): When stress levels rise, returning to a steady breath is the fastest way to boost energy and regain clarity.
• Patience in the Process: Deep practice takes time. Moving from "doing" to "being" allows for a more positive attitude and sustainable productivity.
