Cacao Ceremony & Kirtan with Akari Tamura
🗓 Sunday, 29 March
⏰ 16:00–18:30
📍 Attuned Studio, Bangkok
You are warmly invited to a heart-opening gathering of connection, music, and shared presence.
Akari will prepare a special raw cacao drink she brought from Bali — pure, rich ceremonial cacao traditionally used to gently open the heart and deepen intention. We will drink cacao together in a simple, intentional space, setting prayers and intentions for our lives and for one another.
From there, we move into kirtan, a joyful and meditative form of mantra chanting. Kirtan is a call-and-response style of singing where simple phrases are repeated together. You don’t need a trained voice or any previous experience. It’s not about performance — it’s about feeling and participation. The repetition of mantra helps calm the mind and awaken the heart.
Rooted in the tradition of bhakti, the path of devotion, this practice invites us to cultivate love, connection, and gratitude through music, prayer, and shared presence. Bhakti is not about dogma or belief; it is about relationship — with yourself, with others, and with something greater than us all.
During our time together, we will also journey through chakra awareness, using songs and prayer to gently connect with different energy centers of the body — grounding, opening, expressing, and remembering our wholeness.
The gathering will include gentle voice release practices, creating a safe and supportive space to open your natural voice, soften inner blocks, and express yourself freely.
Akari will guide:
• A gentle cacao intention ritual
• Voice activation and release exercises
• Heart-opening mantra songs
• Chakra awareness through music and prayer
• A guided meditation
• Story sharing and reflection
Everyone is welcome, whether you are completely new or already familiar with chanting and meditation.
Come as you are.
Bring your voice, your heart, and your openness.
We look forward to sharing this beautiful gathering with you ✨
