We recently have made another amount of donation this time to WWF Foundation.

WWF works to protect our nature in many aspects; wildlife, freshwater, forest, climate, and oceans.

Examples of well-known projects in Thailand are such as 'The Tiger Recovery Project' in Mae Wong and Klong Lan areas, 'The Kuiburi Conservation Project', 'A Sustainable Rubber Plantation & Aquaculture Projects', and etc.

เนื่องในโอกาสวันผู้ลี้ภัยโลกที่กำลังจะมาถึงในวันที่ 20 มิ.ย. นี้ UNHCR ได้เชิญชวนให้ทางร้านเข้าร่วมเทศกาลเพื่อตระหนักถึงปัญหาของผู้ลี้ภัย หลังจากที่ทางร้านได้เคยแบ่งรายได้ที่ได้จากการขายเทียนหอมนี้นำไปบริจาคให้กับทางโครงการ ทางร้านต้องขอขอบคุณลูกค้าที่ได้ช่วยสนับสนุนธุรกิจเล็กๆของเราและเราจะยังคงยึดมั่นที่จะแบ่งปันรายได้ของเราเพื่อนำไปช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นต่อไป

ในครั้งนี้ทางร้านได้ร่วมกิจกรรมบริจาคของเล่นให้กับเด็กผู้ลี้ภัย โดยเหตุผลที่ทางร้านเลือกให้การสนับสนุนโครงการของ UNHCR นั้น เนื่องจากเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของความเป็นอยู่ที่ปลอดภัยที่เป็นความจำเป็นขั้นพื้นฐานของมนุษย์และสิ่งแวดล้อมในการเติบโตของเด็กที่ต้องเผชิญกับความรุนแรงและการพลัดพรากจากครอบครัว ให้เขาสามารถก้าวข้ามผ่านประสบการณ์ที่เลวร้ายในวัยเด็กไปได้ อีกทั้งกลุ่มของผู้หญิงที่อาจถูกข่มขู่ คุกคามและ/หรือล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ จนก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจ ตลอดจนความต้องการทำแท้งที่เพิ่มขึ้นจากการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์และความไม่พร้อมในการมีบุตรในช่วงเวลาของสงคราม
