Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi Celebrates Its 6th Anniversary and Launches the ‘LITTLE PRINCE’ Child Health Center, Providing Comprehensive Family Care with International-Standard Services

2 December 2025, Samut Prakan — Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi celebrated its 6th anniversary under the theme “Believe in Excellence”, alongside the official launch of “LITTLE PRINCE,” an advanced child health center designed to deliver comprehensive care for individuals of all ages—from the very first day of life. The initiative reinforces the hospital’s role as a leading private healthcare provider in the Bangna and Samut Prakan areas.

The event was presided over by Mr. Khajitvej Kaewnoi, District Chief of Bang Phli; Dr. Wityavate Rakkulchon; and Mr. Kanut Sirisuwat, Co-CEO of Principal Capital Public Company Limited, together with Dr. Somkid Udomkijmongkol, Hospital Director, who jointly officiated the opening ceremony held at the G Floor Activity Area of Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi.

🇦🇺🤝🇹🇭 Supporting Australian Visitors in Thailand

Nearly 800,000 Australians travelled to Thailand in the past year, and the Australian Embassy and Consulate provided consular assistance to almost 1,000 travellers including lost passports, medical needs and emergency cases.

At the recent Consular Partnerships Evening, the Australian Embassy thanked Thai partners across the country — including police, immigration, airport officials, hospitals, airlines and volunteer organisations for helping keep Australians safe.

Rabies is incurable in the final stage of the infection.

As currently rabies is highly dispersed in the area of Bang Phli thorough the eastern Bangkok Metropolitan Area (Samutprakarn to Suvarnabhumi Airport), we should get on high alert for rabies prevention. Rabies could transmit to each other in mammals, which means it could transmit from either dogs or cats to human. It could also easily transmit from area to area in case of poor hygiene or prevention measurement.

However, even though how deadly it is, rabies takes quite a long time to reach the final stage which is incurable. In case of getting bitten by your beloved dogs and cats, or even bitten by any mammals – it is recommended to clean your wounds properly using soaps and disinfection, and seek the assistance for proper vaccines and treatment immediately within 24 hrs.

Rabies vaccines usually have multiple doses, therefore don’t miss the follow-up vaccines in order to get full-protection from rabies.

Today, Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi had the valuable opportunity to take part in the full-scale emergency drill conducted under the Suvarnabhumi Airport Emergency Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 (SEMEX-25).

The exercise simulated an aircraft fire incident at Aircraft Stand S126, located at Concourse A (Remote Parking Area 1), aiming to strengthen emergency preparedness and inter-agency coordination.

Organized by Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), under the supervision of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT).
