Our Story

Hang on Hangers, a charity founded in 2010 by a Swedish expat based on fair-trade principles, gives women in the Khlong Toei community the opportunity to make and sell beautiful cloth wrapped hangers in a safe environment that instills confidence, hope, and security.

The sales proceeds help to provide food, health care, and school related fees for their children. A portion of the sales also goes towards providing micro-loans to kick-start entrepreneurial businesses by these women.
