People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered.
Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas
can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds.
Think big anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you do help them.
Help people anyway.

Give the world the best you have and you’ll get kicked in the teeth.

What gets you through tough days?

Some days don’t need fixing.
They need grace.

Not motivation.
Not a perfect plan.
Just 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 strength for the next right step.

For me, it’s a few anchors:
• Moving my body, even gently
• Fueling my body and brain right to avoid energy crashes (I’ve been coffee for 3 weeks!!)
• Getting outside and breathing deeper than my thoughts
• Remembering I’m only human; no one is asking me to more than that!
• Trusting that God is still working, even when I feel tired or doubtful

When the load feels heavy, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re weak.
It may just mean that you’re carrying something that matters.

So if today feels too heavy, pause.
You don’t have to do everything now or right away.
You just have to do the next faithful thing.

Organic food isn’t just “cleaner”, it’s more alive. 🌱

These photos were taken during our LIFE Group’s visit to an organic farm called Suan Sadudee 23 (Psalm 23) Garden in Korat. Standing in living soil, seeing the care, patience, and stewardship that go into growing food the way it was intended was so refreshing and inspiring.

When produce is grown without harsh pesticides or chemical shortcuts, and allowed to mature naturally, it carries a different kind of vitality.

Organic vegetables are allowed to:
• Grow at their natural pace
• Develop deeper root systems
• Build real nutrients instead of synthetic substitutes
• Support the life of the soil, microbes, and ecosystem

Commercially grown produce may look perfect on the outside…
but life is more than appearance - it goes down to the micronutrients.

🍃 Living soil produces living food.
And living food nourishes our bodies more deeply by supporting digestion, hormones, immunity, and long-term health. Our body recognizes real food and knows what to do with it. This means that your body can process more of the real food without working harder to filter out synthetics from your system.

This sorrel, fresh organic lettuce, and red corn weren’t just harvested: they were cultivated with care and laughter. Turn on the sound and your hear laughter and joy from Khun Lookpla and Khun Jack along with their family!

Discipline > Motivation
When not to trust your feelings.

There are days when your feelings shout:
• “I’m tired.”
• “I don’t feel like it.”
• “I’ll start tomorrow.”

Take those feelings are data points to interpret, not direction.

Motivation is emotional, because it rises and falls. It’s fickle. Discipline is a decision to do that is rooted in values, not mood.

Don’t trust your feelings when:
❌ They contradict your long-term goals
❌ They’re driven by comfort, fear, or convenience
❌ They ask you to delay what you already pre-decided matters

Unless you’re physically sick or injured, choose discipline when:
✔️ You’ve already committed
✔️ You know the action is good for you
✔️ The cost of skipping is higher than the discomfort of showing up

Discipline doesn’t mean being harsh.
It means choosing to act in alignment with your priorities.

Save this for the days motivation is hard to dig up. 💪

Respect the Rest ✨
New Year’s Eve Reflection

As we close out 2025, here’s your reminder: rest is not quitting but part of the training process.

Growth doesn’t only happen in the work of pushing, pressing, and pulling. It happens in the intentional pauses, the deep breaths, the moments of rest and recovery.

Tonight before 01/01/2026, instead of rushing into the next goal, honor what carried you here:
- the lessons learned
- the strength built
- the relationships and grace that sustained you

Rest and stillness now will prepare you for what’s next.

As we step into a new year, may you stay on track and train consistently knowing when to dial down and dial up your effort in the different season of life.

And may you always keep your goals in perspective seeing the big picture of WHY you want to be healthy and strong.
For me, it’s so I can continue to use my body, heart, and mind to love well and invest in meaningful service and relationships.

Happy New Year to you and your loved ones, friends!

Which Dumbbell Weight Should You Use?
It depends … on what you’re training for.

Not all weights train the same system.
Your load should match the physiological goal.

🔬 Muscular Endurance
Goal: Improve fatigue resistance
Load: ~30–50% of your 1RM
Reps: 15–25+
Rest: 30–60 sec

➡️ Lighter weights, longer sets, burning muscles

🔬 Hypertrophy (Muscle Growth)
Goal: Build muscle
Load: ~60–75% of your 1RM
Reps: 8–12
Rest: 60–90 sec

➡️ Moderate weight, controlled reps, deep fatigue

🔬 Muscular Strength
Goal: Increase maximal force
Load: ~75–90% of your 1RM
Reps: 3–6
Rest: 2–3 min

➡️ Heavy weight, fewer reps, nervous system demand

🏋️‍♀️ What Is 1RM? (Simple Squat Example)

1RM = the heaviest weight you can squat ONE time with good form.

Example:
• You squat 40 kg
• You can do it once
• A second rep isn’t possible without breaking form

👉 Your squat 1RM = 40 kg

Now your training loads make sense 👇
• Endurance (30–50%) → 12–20 kg
• Hypertrophy (60–75%) → 24–30 kg
• Strength (75–90%) → 30–36 kg

Coach’s Note
You don’t need to test a true 1RM.
If you know the weight you can lift for 8–10 reps, we can estimate safely.

Light weights aren’t wrong.
Heavy weights aren’t better.
They train different systems.

Train with intention.

Think heavy. Think controlled. Think powerful.
Strength training is about recruiting muscle fibers, building lean mass, protecting your joints, and increasing your metabolic fire.
It’s lower reps, heavier loads, longer rest.
You’re teaching your body to produce force—the kind that lets you lift more, move better, and age stronger.

My Story

Hi, my name is Siree and I’m a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the American Council on Exercise. Being a busy mom of three young children myself, I love sharing my knowledge about how to stay active and fit to other mamas and other busy women.

My Struggle with Baby Weight and Low Energy

I’ve had the experience of being pregnant, delivering the baby, and breastfeeding so I know first hand what a miracle the body is in how it transforms and adapts! It really is a wonderful privilege to be a mom. With that said, we all want to lose the “baby weight” and get back in shape. For me, it was mainly for aesthetics at first, but I realised that the more I focused on only the aesthetics, my goals will keep changing based on what the media tells me what “a beautiful body” looks like. That kind of elusive goal will only make you miserable. I’d rather focus on the health benefits of exercise.

It’s a Passion for a Bigger Purpose
