Bangkok – 1 July 2025 - We're proud to share that VNU Asia Pacific is leading by example in sustainability by joining the Thai Chamber of Commerce’s Food Waste Prevention and Reduction Program for the MICE industry.
VNU kicked off the initiative by donating the “First Meal” – food collected from exhibition activities – to charities and foundations supporting underprivileged communities. This symbolic gesture marks the project’s launch and reflects its potential to drive positive societal impact.
This is just the beginning. As a purpose-driven organizer, we’re committed to building a more sustainable future for the exhibitions industry event by event, action by action.

VNU Asia Pacific is honored to receive the Green Leadership Award at the 11th International CSR & Sustainability Summit 2025, hosted by Enterprise Asia.

This prestigious recognition celebrates our concrete actions toward sustainability — from implementing zero-waste campaigns at flagship events like VIV Asia, Meat Pro Asia , and Horti & Agri Asia to launching carbon tracking and offsetting partnerships and promoting diversity and inclusion in traditionally male-dominated sectors.

With a clear roadmap toward 2030, we’re setting new standards in regenerative event practices, including the launch of our first fully carbon-tracked exhibition at Travel & Tech Asia 2025.
