Loosing weight...
Many of you are struggling loosing weight despite the fact they having healthier meal etc..
there is a secret in losing weigh, it is call the balance of nutrient intake.
The body can do one thing at the time and there is 3 main action the body react with nutrients: Anabolic/metabolic/catabolic.
Anabolic is when you intake nutrient in your body.
Metabolic is when you are using the nutrient.
Catabolic is when you get rid of the nutrient waste.
you can take nutrient by the oral way or the skin (much less tho).
You can get rid of waste from the re**um, urine, armpit, skin, lung (respiration).
The metabolism can be increase by increasing the exercises as the muscle will require more energy.
NOW THE TRICK:
as i said earlier the body can do one thing at the time ether take in or take out. most of the people are eating as soon as they get up (breakfast) and just before going to bed (snack in front of tv as ex) leaving the body with less than 8 hours for catabolism which is not enough. So the body accumulate the waste and store it in its fat storage.
If you want to loose the weight you have to give your body more time to evacuate than intaking food.
SOLUTION:
1/ DON'T eat snack at night, if you are hungry, drink water or as last resource have an apple.
2/ DO High Intensity Training exercise for 10 min in the morning with empty stomach (it will deplete the glycogen stocked within your cell).
3/ SKIP breakfast and HAVE a real lunch.
In early days in American society, to difference educated people from savages, it was claimed that educated people have 3 meals a day.... so wrong.
Of course there is fattening product such as wheat, sugars, milk, that boosting the pancreas to deliver more insulin.
