Your Health is an investment, Not an expense.

If you had to put a price tag on your own personal health and well-being, what would it be?

I truly believe being healthy is NOT an expense but a VERY worthwhile investment in yourself; especially if your future plans include:

#1. Being around for those you love.

#2. Enjoying a healthy, quality life.

#3. Age gracefully - pain-free and mobile 🙋‍♀️

If you think exercising and being healthy is an expense, have you considered the other end of the spectrum: the cost of being unhealthy❓

Overweight and Obesity, Heart Disease, Stroke, and Type 2 Diabetes.

Why You Must Throw Away Your Old Running Routine On Treadmill!
Have you been working out for a while but not seeing any changes on your body?
Then you need to stop doing random things…
If you just want to have a fun workout.
Joining classes or following videos on YouTube is ok BUT if you’re looking to get a great result.
You need to have a good plan; diet, workout program in action.
I’ve been working on my physique for years; scheduling my training, well plan program, meal prep etc.
Because I don’t want to waste my time doing things that isn’t going to give me a result.
If you want to have your dream body. STOP doing random things and START planning some strategies to help you achieve your goal.

Some Straight Talk About Living Life On Your Term.
Yesterday morning was one of those days I felt like throwing a towel on my fitness career.
It’s been one hell of a journey for me; I experience up and down, I feel high and low. I guess that’s why they say life is like a rollercoaster.
I started working in health and fitness because I have a strong passion in helping women get stronger, regain self-love and confidence on their terms.
Having a passion is a great place to start but you need skills if you want to be in the game for the long run.
I am not here talking BS of how beautiful my life is nor how successful I am.
I am here to tell you the truth that if you choose to follow your dreams, it’s not going to be an easy road.
If today you want to call it a quit… DON’T!
Instead look at how far you’ve come, how much you’ve achieved.
When I see this photo… not only I see a beautiful woman but also how strong she is.
It reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.
I encourage you to look back 5 years ago when you started your journey; health, financial, career, or relationship.
If you have at least 1 thing improved that’s great! Keep going.
I promise if you stick with me, 3 years from now we’ll breakthrough this together. ❤

✅ Awesome! I don't mean to mock you in any way. Because I lost my job a year ago.

I know the feeling. But if I didn't lose my job that day, I wouldn't be talking to you right now.
