🎉🎊Today, we had a meeting to wrap up the organization of . The OC team came together to reflect on the challenges we faced, how we overcame them, and to share feedback from team members and participants. These insights will help us improve future events even further.

🥰Beyond the pride we feel from the success of the event, we also cherish the wonderful friendships formed among the OC team—comprising members from various institutions and professional conference organizer (PCO).
☺️Despite coming from different backgrounds, we were able to seamlessly collaborate over the 18 months of preparation.

❤️❤️Today, we also opened our hearts and expressed our gratitude for the meaningful bonds built throughout this journey. We are truly happy to have met each other and to have worked together on an event that left participants satisfied.

😘See you again—probably in another 20 years—when it’s Thailand’s turn to host ASNACC again.😂

😁🧐If the selection process for the **Haekyu Kim Awards for the Best Clinical Research Paper** was already challenging, the decision for the **Best Basic Science Paper Award** was even more difficult.
🥇The **1st place winner** is **Dr. Takashi Soejima** and his team for their paper titled *“Early Mobilization Recovers Synaptic Plasticity in Septic Mouse Hippocampi Induced by Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor”*. They received a cash prize of **700 USD** from the **Haekyu Kim Award**.

😍😍As for the **2nd place**, after several rounds of careful review, the committee decided to award **two 2nd place winners**.
🥈The first is the paper *“A Low Preoperative Platelet-To White Blood Cell Ratio Is Associated With Postoperative Acute Kidney Injury Following Cerebral Aneurysm Treatment”* by **Dr. Hee-Pyoung Park** and team, and
🥈the second is *“Sensitivity to Sevoflurane Is Increased in the BTBR T+tf/J Mouse Model of Autism”* by **Dr. Jiho Park** and team.

😇🎉🎉However, since the **Haekyu Kim Award** only allocated a single cash prize for the second place, the ** committee** has decided to generously support the second place winners with an additional **300 USD** to encourage further development of neuroscience, neuroanesthesia, and neurocritical care research. 👏👏👏

🎉🎉🎊🎊Congratulations to all winners, and may your research continue to contribute to the effective care of patients in these fields!

📣📣After a challenging review process by the committee due to the overwhelming number of research papers submitted in the field of Neuroanesthesia and Neurocritical Care, the committee admitted that it was a tough decision to make. 🧠
🎉🎉However, this year, the **Best Clinical Research Paper Award** went to **Dr. Shiva Priya Kandukuri** and team for their paper titled *“Comparison of Pulmonary Fluid Burden Between Dependent and Non-dependent Lung During Lateral Position Craniotomy: A Prospective Randomised Study”*. 🎊The **second place** was awarded to the paper *“Comparison of Propofol Alone vs. Propofol-Remimazolam Combination During Neurophysiologic Monitoring in Neurosurgery: A Randomized Controlled Trial”* by **Dr. Sekwang Lee** and his team, who received the **Haekyu Kim Awards** with a cash prize of **300 USD**.🥰

🎉🎉🧠The ASNACC2025 and RCAT101 conference has been successfully concluded. The organizing committee would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand and the ASNACC committee from all participating countries. We are pleased to welcome Brunei as a new member.

🩷We had expert speakers from various countries, including those from Thailand, who shared their experiences and new knowledge. Additionally, pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies showcased various devices and drugs that have greatly enhanced our ability to save patients' lives. We also want to express our gratitude to the behind-the-scenes team, the young and talented anesthesiologists who helped elevate the event.

😍A special thank you to the institutions that supported this academic event both directly and indirectly.
👍Of course, we are deeply grateful to all the participants of the ASNACC2025 and RCAT101 conferences, as well as the pre-congress workshops, for their interest and support in staying updated with the latest knowledge for the benefit of our patients.

🙏🙏And last but not least, we sincerely thank the senior faculty members who laid the foundation for us to reach where we are today.
