Welcome to Keirita's Yoga on Ko Lipe Island in the Andaman Sea, Thailand! We draw from a complementary mix of varying yoga styles which are primarily Ashtanga based. All classes are small and personal, average class size is 2 to 8 people. Private classes are also available on request As we don't offer regimented retreat-style packages everyone has plenty of free time for all the activities that the island has to offer. Yoga is most complementary to diving. The focus on breathing in yoga helps with developing a steady, calm state of mind both during the yoga practice & while SCUBA diving. Mastery of the breath results in diving becoming a graceful, and weightless moving meditation (as is the yoga practice) in the silent underwater world.

Our Story

Welcome to Keirita's Yoga on Ko Lipe Island in the Andaman Sea. We draw from a complementary mix of varying yoga styles which are primarily Traditional and Rocket Ashtanga Vinyasa based. All classes are small and personal, the average class size is 5 to 10 people. Single drop ins and multiple class packages are available as well as private classes on request.

As we don't offer regimented retreat-style yoga packages this means that everyone has plenty of time for all the additional activities that the Lipe has to offer, such as snorkeling, scuba diving, freediving, kayaking, paddle boarding and hiking or just chilling on the beach and taking a massage should to much activity not be your scene. Yoga is a most complementary practice to all of these activities. The focus on the breath in yoga helps with developing a calm and steady state of mind. Mastery of the breath results in becoming both weightless and graceful as you progress though this moving meditation both in scuba divings silent underwater world as well as on your yoga mat.

Keirita’s Yoga was originally founded on Phi Phi Island in 2008. From humble beginnings teaching on the beautiful rooftop of the Carlito’s beach bar (Hence how we got our name “Keirita’s Yoga at Carlitos” Keirita’s Yoga has now grown into it’s own small but cosy little yoga studio in the now vibrant and bustling little island of Koh Lipe. We hope you can join us here someday too.
