Phim and Aram , two beautiful friends who first met in Nepal, traveled to Chiang Dao to learn Jikiden Reiki together.Their friendship brought them into this shared journey of working with the body’s energy and awakening the natural healing process.

Experiencing Reiki in its most authentic form simple, grounded, honest, and yet profoundly powerful is always a reminder that true healing does not need to be complicated.

And thank you, Aram, for the delicious mango cheesecake 🍰✨

Reflection from last weekend’s Jikiden Reiki Seminar

Last weekend’s class touched my heart deeply.

What moved me most was the gentle energy in the room the courage to express one’s true self, and the sincerity behind each person’s intention for coming to study. Everyone arrived with different goals, different lifestyles, and different responsibilities, yet all shared the same wish: to understand the true essence of Reiki.

Beyond techniques and explanations, what unfolded was something much more meaningful. There was softness. There was presence. There was honesty.

When we come together like this, Reiki naturally weaves connection creating warm and meaningful friendships that go beyond the classroom.

As a teacher, I feel grateful to witness each journey unfolding in its own unique way.✨

Reiki 2 Private Class ✨

It was truly heartwarming to welcome these two lovely souls back to Chiang Dao.
After joining Reiki 1 last year to understand what Reiki is, they returned this year with a deeper intention—to explore Reiki more profoundly, to support each other, and , and for Khun Ao, to integrate Reiki with the sound healing she is falling in love with.

Their thoughtful questions brought clarity and depth to the class, making the learning experience even more meaningful.
I feel grateful to have been part of their journey back to self-care and inner connection.

Congratulations on this beautiful step forward on your healing path 🤍✨
