- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาสาธารณสุข วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ดิจิทัลเฮลท์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนใจงานด้านนวัตกรรมสุขภาพ ดิจิทัลเฮลท์ และแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อสุขภาพ
- ความสามารถด้านภาษาไทย และอังกฤษค่อนข้างดี ถึง ดีเยี่ยม สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนงานวิชาการได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิจัยและการเขียนบทความวิชาการ
- สามารถทำงานและเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้

On Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Global Health Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, led by Dr. Nutchar Wiwatkunupakarn together with Dr Chris Carvalho, MBCHB, MSc, MRCGP, GP and CEG Clinical Director, Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London and Dr. Milena Marszalek, General Pracititoner, Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London, as well as researchers and staff, conducted field interviews with personnel from the Lamphun Provincial Public Health Office working in policy and research utilization on 'Learning Health System (LHS) in the Future' at the Dokkaew Meeting Room, Lamphun Provincial Public Health Office.

ศูนย์วิจัย Global Health Research Center คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ นำโดย รศ.ดร.นพ.ชัยสิริ อังกุระวรานนท์ หัวหน้าศูนย์วิจัยและผู้ช่วยคณบดีด้านวิจัย นวัตกรรม และวิเทศสัมพันธ์ จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “Learning Health System: Annual Network Meeting” ในวันจันทร์ที่ 26 มกราคม 2569 ณ ห้องดอยหลวง–ดอยนาง โรงแรมแคนทารี ฮิลล์ เชียงใหม่

งานนี้เป็นเวทีสรุปความคืบหน้าโครงการและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์จากตัวแทน 16 หน่วยงาน พร้อมการซักถามจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิหลากหลายภาคส่วน อาทิ สสจ., HDC, กองโรคไม่ติดต่อ และ สรพ.

นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองจาก Dr. Chris Carvalho และ Dr. Milena Marszalek จาก Queen Mary University of London รวมถึงการบรรยายโดย นพ.ทรนง พิลาลัย จากสถาบันรับรองคุณภาพสถานพยาบาล และคุณหทัยชนก เกตุจุนา จากกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

The Global Health Research Center, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon, Head of the Research Center and Assistant Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Relations, organized the workshop “Learning Health System: Annual Network Meeting” on Monday, 26 January 2026 at Doi Luang–Doi Nang Room, Kantary Hills Hotel, Chiang Mai.

This event served as a platform to summarize project progress and exchange experiences among representatives from 16 organizations, with discussions and questions from distinguished experts including representatives from Provincial Health Offices, HDC, the Division of Non-Communicable Diseases, and the Healthcare Accreditation Institute.

The program also featured insights from Dr. Chris Carvalho and Dr. Milena Marszalek of Queen Mary University of London, as well as lectures by Dr. Torranong Philalai, Assistant Director of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization), and Ms. Hanaichanok Ketjuna, Head of Service Quality Development Group, Division of Non-Communicable Diseases, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health.

**Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University welcomed faculty members from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), UK.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichat Tantraworasin, Associate Dean for Postgraduate Education, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon, Assistant Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Relations, extended a warm welcome to Dr. Melanie Morris, PhD, SFHEA, Associate Dean for Education, Faculty of Epidemiology and Population Health; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pauline Paterson, Associate Professor in the Department of Infectious Disease; Asst. Prof. Dr. Laura Braun, Associate Professor in the Department of Disease Control; and Mr. John-George Nicholson, Head of the Strategic Education Office (SEO), from the LSHTM, UK.

The visit was on the occasion of participating in the “On-Site 3-Day Workshop and Stakeholder Engagement,” joined also by faculty members from the Office of Educational Quality Development, the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Science.

The event took place on 27 January 2026 at the 15th Floor Conference Room, Chalermprabaramee Building, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.

Chiang Mai University Faculty of Medicine Signs MOU with LSHTM
On 14 January 2026, the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, joined the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic collaboration between Chiang Mai University (CMU) and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM).

Representatives from CMU included:

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichat Tantaworasit, Associate Dean for Postgraduate Education

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon, Assistant Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Relations

University executives led by Prof. Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, President of CMU, along with vice presidents and administrators.

This partnership marks a significant step in advancing CMU’s Global Health and Health Sustainability programs to international standards. Under the agreement, CMU will gain access to LSHTM’s courses and modules to enhance teaching, curriculum development, and faculty/student capacity in global health and environmental sustainability.

The collaboration also includes the co-design of MicroModules, aimed at equipping students with knowledge and skills aligned with labor market needs, thereby fostering high-quality professionals at both national and international levels.

The ceremony was organized by the Office of Educational Quality Development, CMU, at the Phraya Srivisarnvacha Conference Room, Chiang Mai University Office Building.

On 28 November 2025, from 8:30–15:00 at the Health Center Meeting Room, Chiang Mai University (Phailom), 3rd Floor, the Cafe Research Presentation Day was held. Six research projects were presented, each team allotted 10 minutes. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaisiri Angkurawaranon (Assistant Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Relations, and Head of the Center) joined the committee to provide feedback and questions.

This collaboration between Chiang Mai University, Queen Mary University of London, and The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine is supported by NIHR grants under the project:
“The development of a learning health system and active patient link tool for managing hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease in primary care in Thailand.”
