Peeing take you less than 10 seconds?

Maybe you didn't have to go that bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

This could be because you've trained your bladder to tell you to go too soon, or...

Maybe your pelvic floor is just too tight, sending mixed signals to your brain, and not allowing for your bladder to expand comfortably.

We can do something about this!

Movement to targeted areas can encourage relaxation, therefore increasing expansion and comfort in your bladder, and elsewhere in your pelvis.

Deeper diaphragmatic breathing, NOT KEGELS, mobilizes the finer muscles surrounding the pelvic floor, allowing your bladder to become fully full.

Connecting with our pelvic floor

First in small and subtle movements, allows us to feel how it's affected in those larger movements.

Allowing the breath to push down in child's pose, flowing through those cat-cows, allows us to notice the sensations within our pelvic floor as we drop into larger back bends like cobra, and even as we press back into those deeper blackbody stretches like downward dog.

Pelvic yoga isn't about forcing your body into positions or simply going through the motions like in a Vinyasa.

It's small, subtle, intentional. It's focused on awareness, on softening, and exploring your relationship.

Join a pelvic yoga class if you're curious about a low impact, budget-friendly taster.

It's awareness.
It's nervous system support.
It's coordination with your breath.
It's adaptability.

Sometimes what we truly need isn't strength, it's softness.
