🐶 โรคห้อเลือดในใบหูสุนัข (Aural Hematoma)
เกิดจากเลือดคั่งระหว่างผิวหนังกับกระดูกอ่อนใบหู มักเกิดหลังจากที่น้องหมาส่ายหัวหรือเกาหูแรง สามารถเกิดได้กับน้องหมาทุกสายพันธุ์ แต่จะพบมากในน้องหมาที่มีลักษณะใบหูยาว หูใหญ่ หูตก เช่น Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, Beagle
📖 สาเหตุหลัก: การอักเสบของหู, ติดเชื้อในช่องหู, ไรหู, ภูมิแพ้ หรือการบาดเจ็บอื่นๆ
📍 อาการ: ใบหูบวม เมื่อคลำจะรู้สึกเหมือนมีน้ำหรือเลือดขัง
แนวทางการรักษา: ระบายเลือดออก + รักษาต้นเหตุ (เช่น หูอักเสบ) หากรักษาโดยการระบายเลือดแล้วยังไม่หาย อาจจะต้องใช้การผ่าตัดเข้ามารักษาร่วมด้วยค่ะ
🐶 Aural Hematoma in Dogs
Aural Hematoma is caused by blood accumulation between the skin and cartilage of the ear. It typically occurs after a dog shakes its head or scratches its ears forcefully. It can happen to dogs of any breed, but it is more commonly found in dogs with long ears, large ears, or floppy ears, such as Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, and Beagles.
📖 Main Causes: Ear inflammation, ear infections, ear mites, allergies, or other injuries.
📍 Symptoms: Swelling of the ear, with a feeling of fluid or blood accumulation when palpated.
Treatment: Drainage of the blood, along with treating the underlying cause (e.g., ear infection). If the condition persists after drainage, surgery may be needed for further treatment.
