ABOUT GINGER FIZZ
Chiang Mai Craft Beer & Beverage distributes Ginger Fizz, a hand-crafted, 100% natural, non-alcoholic ginger beer. It is brewed in Eastern, Thailand at a small, independent brewery, Raitong Organics Farm, using traditional brewing methods on an accredited, organic farm, which supports and works with local farmers using only local Thai ingredients. Ginger Fizz is a healthier alternative to the sugary, commercial sodas using natural ingredients(organic where possible). It is low in cane sugar, has no added artificial chemicals, and does not inject unnatural CO2. Ginger Fizz is currently being sold around Thailand at high-end cocktail bars, hotels, restaurants and cafés that demand top quality for their clientele including; discerning cocktail drinkers that are increasingly demanding authentic flavour profiles, beer and wine drinkers that wish to drink less alcohol but still want the carbonation and low sweetness, and health-oriented customers and young adults seeking low sugar alternatives to commercial sodas.
