Class Rates:
Drop-in:
* Single drop-in: 500B (non member), 300B (member or old student)
* 2 times for one week: 700B
Class Package:
A) 1,400B/5 times
B) 2,400B/10 times
C) 4,200B/20 times
(Once when you buy A, B, or C package, you become a member)

❗No class at the shala on weekend
❗Functional movement B is for people who have experienced Functional movement A or DNS exercise
❗Led class will be changed to Mysore class if a number of student is less than 4

An unique sequence of exercise combines different aspects of movement

Functional movement class is a kind of corrective exercise that is mainly based on these concepts;
- Correct functional exercise
- DNS exercise (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization)
- basic movement patterns
- functional patterns
This practice supports to
- correct a breathing pattern
- stabilize the trunk
- improve joints alignment
- stabilize during movement
- Train the brain-body coordination
- Improve proprioception
