What a beautiful morning! 🙏

We were honored to host Ines, a wonderful yoga teacher from Germany, for a private Yoga infused Reiki practice filled with deep connection and serene moments.

Our garden truly became a "forest bath" today, with the constant melody of birds singing as our soundtrack. 🐦🌳 This safe space allowed for a journey of realignment and recharging: a meaningful conversation, followed by pranayama, mudras meditation, yoga asanas, and a deep relaxation.
