We have shared the two-week schedule. 9-22 Feb 2026. Please feel free to book classes for both weeks if you have already planned ahead.

Please note that Kru Menny will be traveling in Japan from 9–16 February 2026, and will be in Bangkok from 18–21 February 2026. She will resume classes as usual after that.

During this time, everyone can still send messages or book classes with Kru Nok and Kru Menny as usual. If responses are slower than usual in some cases, please feel free to contact Kru Nok directly.

Registered 200 Hrs and 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training school with Yoga Alliance USA.

Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai is founded by Kru NOK and there are 2 main locations in Chiang Mai. (Nimman and Jing Jai Market locations)

Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai offer different style of yoga practice consist of Hatha Yoga Original Indian style, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative, etc.
