I viewed a 45,000 baht per month property here in Hua Hin, and this one really highlights how much timing and location matter when you’re house hunting in Thailand.

The house is spacious, well laid out, and aimed more at people who want comfort, privacy, and long-term living rather than short-term tourist rentals.

What’s interesting right now is the market itself.
We’re coming out of high season, and as we move through January and February, more long-term rentals start appearing. That’s when you see:
– more choice
– less pressure
– and more realistic pricing

Watching anime, but not sitting still.
From a young age, we’re taught to sit — at school, at desks, in front of screens.
Our bodies were built for movement, balance, and constant small adjustments, not hours of stillness.
This is my personal way of bringing gentle movement back into something I already love.
Not a workout. Not advice. Just awareness.

Day 2 of My Fast | Calm Energy Before the Shift

Day 2 felt very different from Day 1.
Instead of intensity, today brought calm, clarity, and steady energy.
I kept things light with balance and rehab work, stayed active and productive, and focused on listening to my body instead of forcing results. I’ve also been drinking a simple herbal mix with dandelion root, burdock root, sarsaparilla, and fennel seeds as gentle support.
Tomorrow, Day 3, is usually where things start to shift.
