Trang : 9 Districts (Mueang Trang, Huai Yot, Ratsada, Yan Ta Khao, Wang Wiset, Kantang, Sikao and Palian) rising water levels
Phatthalung : 11 districts (Mueang, Khuan Khanun, Kong Ra, Khao Chaison, Srinagarindra, Bang Kaeo, Pa Bon, Pak Phayun, Si Banphot, Pa Phayom, and Tamot) decreasing water levels

⚠️ แต่เมื่อช่วงสายเกิดฝนตกลงซ้ำจนทำให้น้ำสีขุ่น และกระแสน้ำไหลเชี่ยว ทางอุทยานแห่งชาติเอราวัณจึงต้องแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานการณ์น้ำอย่างฉุกเฉิน

🚫 เนื่องจากว่า มีความอันตราย ไม่ควรลงเล่นน้ำ 🚫

ขออภัยมาในความไม่สะดวก ต่อนักท่องเที่ยวที่เข้ามาตั้งแต่เช้า และที่กำลังเดินทางเข้ามาครับ

We sincerely apologize to all visitors who have been following the Erawan Waterfall updates since this morning and saw that swimming was allowed today.

However, due to another round of heavy rain later in the morning, the water has turned muddy and the current has become strong and dangerous.

The Erawan National Park would therefore like to announce an emergency update regarding the water situation.

Swimming is not recommended at this time due to safety concerns.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to visitors who arrived early this morning and those who are on their way.

Subject: Assistance for Dutch Tourist with Ischemic Heart Disease

On Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the Tourist Assistance Center at Kanchanaburi Bus Terminal received a request from Phaholpolpayuhasena Hospital to assist a Dutch tourist with ischemic heart disease.

The actions taken are as follows:

1. Coordination
The staff contacted the hospital’s social welfare department and identified the patient. The tourist was transferred from Synphaet Hospital earlier that morning at 7:00 a.m.

2. Treatment
The tourist received full medical care, and the doctor recommended a two-night stay in the hospital until December 23, 2024.

3. Medical Expenses
The hospital informed the tourist of the cost, totaling 148,570 THB. The tourist agreed and planned to contact their insurance company for coverage confirmation. However, due to the six-hour time difference with the Netherlands, they could not make immediate contact.

4. Payment Agreement
The hospital agreed to allow payment by December 23, 2024.

5. Further Communication
If there are any updates or additional assistance needed, the hospital will contact the Tourist Assistance Center.

Subject: Report on Assistance Provided to a Tourist

On Monday, November 11, 2024, at 11:45 AM, at Kanchanaburi Railway Station, the Tourist Assistance Center (TAC) received a request for assistance from a Dutch tourist regarding the modification of a train ticket for travel to Surat Thani Province.

The actions taken by the TAC staff are as follows:

1. The TAC staff inquired about the details of the tourist's travel plans. It was found that the tourist had booked a train ticket to Surat Thani Province for November 12, 2024, at 7:50 PM. However, the tourist wished to change the departure station from "Krung Thep Aphiwat Station" to "Nong Pla Duk Station."

2. Since the ticket was booked through the agency 12go, it was impossible to change the departure station. The TAC staff advised the tourist to contact the agency directly to request the change of departure station.

The tourist expressed gratitude to the TAC staff for their assistance.
