La casa Shambala is a community focus in Yoga teacher trainings located in the paradise island of Koh Phangan (Thailand). This dream started about 2 years ago and it had been growing as a beautiful miracle ,bringing more and more beautiful souls to share this experience with us . The sense of community make our courses pretty different compare with another schools because during the YTTC the students are the only ones living in “la casa “ with the volunteers that helps during the whole process.Thanks to that the sense of community and closeness between the community gets bigger and also the retreat feeling to really go into the whole deep process that is this inner path . We are surrounded by jungle ,turquoise water and tropical vibes ,but the real good energy is created for the people that decide to go into their hearts and spend time with us . Profesional teachers that also friends will guide you in this experience of connection with your body ,mind and soul. Volunteers are always welcome and create a very important part of our community . All that ,and the birds ,mountains ,palm trees and lots of magic is part of our little paradise ,come and be part of the dream

Our Monchique TTC just wrapped! 👏 So, we asked our chef what his experience was… 👨🏻‍🍳

Being a Karma Yogi in Monchique for the Yoga Teacher Training in November has truly been a wonderful experience.

I was especially happy with our beautiful team filling the place with love, positive energy, kindness and appreciation. 🥰

There was always space to talk, connect and grow with the support of each other.

Débora is an incredible manager, she has put so much effort and heart-felt dedication into making this journey the most positive and memorable experience for every single person. 🤗

Ramiro is a great chef and has the ability to spread calmness even though it can get stressful in the kitchen every now and then. His food tastes amazing and I have learned a lot from him.

Throughout the days, it was also possible to connect with some of the students and see and talk about their experiences and growth within this journey. ❤️

I personally also became more connected to myself and Yoga again throughout this process and am grateful for the wonderful classes I was able to attend.

I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to be a part of this unique experience. 🫶🏼

Just finished my 18-day Yoga Teacher Training, and I’m sure I picked the best location!

Surrounded by pure nature, with little huts and a main building at the heart of it all, the setup was magical. 🌿

Tropical plants to explore, hammocks to rest, and yoga classes on a terrace overlooking the jungle… all while listening to the sounds of nature. 🌺

The teachers were so passionate and full of wisdom to share.

I loved the delicious Thai food on campus and the cozy coffee shops nearby for our breaks.

Every day felt special, filled with care, connection, and little surprises from the teachers and volunteers.

Practicing yoga in the open air, surrounded by lush green everywhere you look… truly unforgettable. 💫

Our last YTT in Anaga, Tenerife, was a magical experience!💎

We were a group of ALL women! There was an atmosphere of a big family, with a sense of loving kindness and mutual support that spread around everyday, and it was so beautiful! 🌈

The focus and dedication to the learning process was impressive, but there was always time for laughing or singing as well. 🌞

Thanks to our wonderful teachers and .yoga, and everyone who dared to look deep into themselves through the philosophy of Yoga and its embodiment.

18 days of connection and alignment with values and practice that you will now bring in your lives. ✨

Dear girls, I appreciated every moment of our journey in Anaga; and seeing you happy and connected with all the elements was the biggest highlight. 🌊⛰️🌬️☀️
