Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of stillness, nervous system regulation, and space-holding.
You’ll learn how to clearly distinguish Yin and Restorative yoga, how and when to teach each practice, and how to hold safe, grounded, and supportive spaces for slower, inward-focused classes. The training blends practical methodology with embodied energetic awareness, offering tools you can immediately integrate into your teaching.
