A little over 2 years ago, Sangha was just an idea.

A feeling, really. A hope that I could create a space that felt welcoming.
Safe.
Intentional.

And just like that... we’re two years in!

What Sangha has become in just two years isn’t because of the props, schedules, or decorations.
It’s because of the people.

The teachers who show up with care, integrity, and heart.
Who hold space so beautifully.
Who continue to learn, grow, and share.

And the students. You!
Who show up exactly as you are.
Who move with us.
Breathe with us.
Laugh with us.
Rest with us.

Sangha only exisits because of this community, and I don’t take that lightly for one second.

So we’re celebrating! 🎉

🌿 Meet the Team: Mo, Yoga Instructor 🌿

Mo’s teaching is rooted in presence, creativity, and balance. Trained here in Koh Samui, she specialises in Hatha and Vinyasa flow, with additional training in sound meditation, bringing a deeply calming and grounding quality to her classes.

Alongside her work as a yoga teacher, Mo is also a school counsellor, teacher, and artist. This multidimensional background shapes the way she holds space: with care, sensitivity, and a genuine understanding of what it means to support people through both movement and stillness.

Her classes invite you to slow down, reconnect, and take time for yourself — offering a practice that feels nurturing without losing depth. You can expect mindful flows, thoughtful pacing, and moments of quiet integration that help you leave feeling refreshed, supported, and more at ease in your body and mind.

Mo believes yoga is not just something we do, it’s a way to return to ourselves.

Root down through your feet, let your legs do the work, and give your spine space to lengthen. Instead of forcing depth, think about creating openness – especially through the side body and chest.
