Alignment is one of the most powerful ways to build both confidence and sustainability in your practice.
On Sunday 29 March from 11:30 – 2:00, Sasha will guide a 2.5 hour workshop breaking down the foundations of alignment in some of yoga’s most commonly practiced postures, helping you better understand how they can work for your body.
We’ll explore shapes like:
Downward Dog (and variations like 3-Legged Dog)
Warriors 1, 2 & 3
Triangle
Lunge
Pyramid
Cobras
Half + Full Splits
You’ll learn how to adjust, modify, and refine these postures so they feel more supportive, stable, and spacious.
There will also be time at the end for questions, so you can bring any pose you’d like more clarity on.
This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to feel stronger, safer, and more connected in their practice… whether you’re newer to yoga or simply curious to deepen your understanding.
